1. Data Controller
InfluShift AB (reg. no. 559542-0299), registered in Upplands Väsby, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data you provide when you sign up for our waiting list at www.influshift.se.

2. What Data We Collect and Why
When you register for our waiting list, we collect the following personal data, solely for the purposes listed below:

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than managing the waiting list. We will only contact you in connection with the launch of InfluShift.
3. How Long We Store Your Data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary:
- For as long as you are registered on the waiting list, but no longer than 24 months from your registration.
- If you create an account on the InfluShift platform, your data is transferred there and is thereafter processed in accordance with our privacy policy for the platform, which you will be shown when you register.
- If you ask to be removed, we delete your data immediately.
We do not keep data beyond these periods unless required by law.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
We may use trusted subcontractors (e.g. for email and storage) who act as data processors on our behalf. They are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose data to authorities if required by Swedish or EU law.
5. Information Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This includes secure storage, access control and encryption where applicable.
6. Children
InfluShift is intended for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered, we delete their data immediately.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

If the request is particularly complex, this period may be extended by a further two (2) months. In that case, we will inform you within the first month.

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection:
