What is the base fee?
The base fee is the cost to publish your campaign on the platform. Once paid, your campaign becomes visible to all registered ambassadors who can apply and take assignments.

What is a validation deposit?
For each time slot an ambassador claims, a deposit is reserved. When the ambassador submits proof - a photo taken at the right location and time - the platform reviews it. If approved, the deposit is charged; if not, it is returned to you.

What is the ambassador rate?
The ambassador rate is the compensation you offer per time slot. During each slot, the ambassador must submit proof - a photo taken at the correct location within the campaign zone. If approved, it counts as a validation and the ambassador receives their pay. You set the rate, and the higher it is, the more ambassadors will apply.

PRICING QUESTIONS
Validation deposits are tied to approved assignments. If an assignment isn't completed or fails GPS verification, that deposit is returned. You never pay for failed or unverified work.
We recommend starting with at least 120-150 kr per validation to attract engaged ambassadors. Higher pay fills your slots faster. You can adjust per campaign based on difficulty and location.
No hidden costs. The base fee, validation deposits, and ambassador rate cover the campaign itself. No monthly costs, no agency fees. You pay once per campaign, then per result. The only addition is materials and delivery: as the brand, you provide the materials used in the campaign and cover their delivery to the ambassadors. That way, ambassadors can put all their energy into representing your brand.
If the campaign ends with validations remaining in the deposit pool, the unused amount is refunded to your account after the campaign. The base fee is non-refundable as it covers campaign creation and platform access.
Time slots set how many time periods per day the campaign runs. Ambassadors per slot defines how many can take an assignment per period. With 2 slots and 20 ambassadors, 40 ambassadors can work each day. Total validations = slots × ambassadors × days.
